Have a tall glass of cold THRIVE instant milk on hand when you eat this one. :)
In large bowl, pour boiling water over oats; let stand 10 minutes. Stir in sugar, margarine, and eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture.
Stir in half of the chocolate chips. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
