Added some FD pineapple and it was delicious. Would also be amazing with some slivered almonds.

I made this , using Thrive red grapes as well. I found it to be good, but missing something. I tried again, rehydrating the ingredients in pineapple juice and water, about half and half. And that added just a bit of zing. You could also substitute Dijon for plain mustard. This is a good base, but make a few changes and make it your own. It's a great use of my Thrive food, and is making a believer out of my husband.

The first time I ever tried Chicken Salad was at a Thrive party at a friend's house & I was surprised at how much I liked it after avoiding it all these years. The onion, celery, and grapes for this salad was my first order with Thrive! I keep it pretty basic and use the spices I have on hand currently; and I add a less onion and more mustard.

It needs dill and summer savory. And no grapes.

My family loves this salad, I love how quickly I can make it. I like to add some extra grapes at the very end just before serving to give it some extra crunch.

Excellent flavor blend, but seemed to be missing something. In the end, just to give this salad a little zing, I added 2 teaspoons of fresh orange juice. That seemed to complete it. This will be a definite repeat recipe.

Thrive Chicken Salad is a Rock Star! When I made this my husband thought I had bought it at the deli and I had a tough time convincing him otherwise. This Chicken Salad rivals Whole Foods Market's "Sonoma Chicken Salad" for which they charge $12.99/ pound (plus drive time), but with Thrive Chopped Chicken, Celery, Onion and Grapes you can whip up a batch in as little as 7 minutes. This recipe lends itself to many adaptations for those who like to dress it up and it's forgiving for the minimalists striving to keep it pure and simple. No matter what your preference, Thrive Chicken Salad is a family favorite, easy for newby cooks to learn, a delicacy one can make with repeatable success and simply a pleasure to eat.

Best chicken salad EVER! And SO fast and easy to make! I love it on a croissant, or topped on Triscuit crackers!

This recipe is SO delicious! We eat it all the time and can't figure our how we are not sick of it yet. LOL! There are so many easy variations and it's so amazingly quick and easy. It's a requested recipe at holiday and family get togethers. IMPORTANT TIP: If you have a 17 year old football player, double or triple the batch if you expect to get any! :o)

This recipe is great! I was out of grapes so I used craisens instead. I could never imagine making chicken salad without THRIVE. I used to hate waiting for my fresh cooked chicken to cool down before making my salad and now all I have to do is add a little cool water and I am good to go.

I absolutely LOVE this chicken salad! It is so quick and easy to make! Chicken salad in minutes no problem! It's a light and healthy meal I can resort to anytime instead of grabbing something unhealthy to eat around my house! My whole family loves it!

Thrive Chicken Salad is so quick and easy. I like to put all the ingredients together in the morning so that I can eat it for lunch. It only takes about 5 minutes to hydrate the Freeze Dried foods. When I serve this to company, no one can believe it is made from Freeze Dried foods.
My family loves to eat it on Ritz crackers or on a sandwich. So yummy!

This is one of my "Go-To" recipes when I need something fast. There are so many variations that can be made with the basic recipe. I've added ingredients like Thrive grapes or pineapple, slivered almonds or pumpkin seeds or pine nuts, Thrive broccoli, spinach or red peppers. I even used guacamole instead of mayo and it was good too. Every time I make it it's different, so we never get tired of it.
