Mu Shu Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

  1. In a large bowl, mix beef and all vegetables with enough warm water to cover them. Allow to reconstitute for 10 minutes and drain excess water (may use for preparing beef broth).
  2. In a preheated wok or skillet, add ¼ tbsp. of both sesame and olive oil. Add the scrambled egg mixture and fry, then remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Heat remaining oil in pan and sauté beef and vegetables with garlic until slightly browned.
  4. Add the egg back in and stir well. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, THRIVE spice and cilantro, and stir to blend well.
  5. Add the beef broth and allow to reduce by half before serving.
