  1. On med heat Pour oil in to sauté pan or wok add onion and chicken sauté for 1 min add water just enough to cover onion and chicken
  2. Let chicken and onion simmer for about 2-3 mins once soft add in all other veggies and the remaining water add more if needed. Once all veggies are refreshed and to the consistency you desire.
  3. Optional 1 teaspoon chef choice seasoning
  4. Serve and enjoy ! Eat as a meal or as a side
